Printing Pictures

I've spent the day off and on (between playing Mommy to 3 kids!) surfing the web, trying to find the right place to print all my pictures of Jaxen's birth.  I did a horrible job with Jacob's pictures and I'm sad to say that 90% of them never even got printed.  I promised myself to do a lot better this time around!  And now that I've found a few cool sites, I think I am going to go ahead and print some of Jacob's too.  At least to bring his baby book up to par!

At Snapfish.com - just by signing up I was able to get 20 free 4x6 photos printed and shipped straight to my house.  And by "like"-ing them through Facebook, I got a promo code to get 99 - 4x6 photo printed for only .99!  All I had to do is pay for shipping and handling.  Which ended up coming out to only $.07 a picture!  I really like Snapfish.com and I think I'm going to visit them to make gifts for those people in my life who are hard to buy for!  :o)

I used Sam's Club.com to make Jaxen's Baby Announcements (Thanks, Aunt Karey for the recommendation!!).  For 50 Baby Announcements with envelopes I paid $15.50, which was comparable to Walmart (which I could get 40 of them for $14.50) but I liked the Sam's Club designs a lot better!  Plus by signing up at Sam's Club, I got 25 free 4x6 photos!  I can't wait to show off the beautiful announcement that I made for Jaxen!!  :o)

So overall, at Snapfish.com - I paid $8.29 for 119 pictures and at Sam's Club.com - I paid $18.30 for 50 Baby Announcements & 25 pictures!!  So altogether I paid $26.59 for 144 - 4x6 prints and 50 Announcements shipped straight to my house!!  At Walmart it would have cost me $27.46 (PLUS shipping & handling) for the 144 pictures and only 40 Announcements.  Not a huge difference, but not bad for a Sunday afternoon of sitting on the couch.  Plus, I didn't have to take three kids to Walmart in this cold weather - that alone saved me a TON of stress!  LOL

So by the end of the week or as the websites both say, 2 - 4 days, I'll be all set to finish up my Thank You Notes and be hard at work on Jaxen's baby book!  Excited!!
